Today we made croissants and stuffed them with all kinds of yummy fillings including cheese, kielbasa (made by the garde manger class),  bacon, and all of the stuff we used in our puff pastry yesterday.  I stuck to the savory fillings and chocolate.  Tomorrow we make danishes.  Mine aren't pretty but they are pretty dang tasty.  While we baked, Chef made us giant cinnamon buns.  YUM!
