Twenty weeks down...

Seventy to go.  Today is our last day of Fundamentals of Baking 102 and it is cleaning day.  Ick.  We scrubbed and we danced.  I ended the class with an A.  I'm thrilled about that!  I need to figure out how to find my GPA for both phases I've completed.  Monday we start a new class, Baking & Pastry Development 103, with a new instructor.  It will be five weeks of advanced baking and five of purchasing.  I'm very curious to see then who is still in our class (who passed) and who we inherit from the one ahead of us (that have to take the phase over).
