Today and tomorrow we are doing our prep for service next week.  We made lots and lots and lots of food--including pasta for our own lunch.  It was fun.  I hafta remember to get all of these recipes!

I made the avocado ranch dressing.

Baked brie en croute:

We never stop making stock.

Julianne got a big plate of this for dinner.  She loved it!

Our little buffet.  We worked hard and we're HUNGRY!
